3.2 Identity. You must register using your true, accurate, and complete personal information. The name on your Account must match the name on the payment method(s) used for deposits and withdrawals. Discrepancies may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension pending verification.
3.3 Restricted Jurisdictions. Players accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction do so at their own risk. ms999 is not liable for any legal consequences arising from such access. You must not use VPN services, proxy servers, or any other technology to disguise your true geographic location.

4.1 Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the ms999 Platform. Any attempt to open, operate, or benefit from multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.
4.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and OTP codes. You must not share your login details with any third party.
4.3 You must notify ms999 support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. ms999 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.4 ms999 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, and to request additional information or documentation at any stage of the registration or account lifecycle.
5.1 ms999 is required to conduct identity verification on all registered Players. You agree to provide, upon request, true copies of the following documents: (a) a valid government-issued photo ID such as a Pakistani CNIC or passport; (b) proof of residential address dated within three months; (c) proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing your registered mobile number).
5.2 Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed. ms999 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 48 business hours of receiving all required documentation.
5.3 Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation during the KYC process is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

6.1 You agree to use the ms999 Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

7.1 Deposits. ms999 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Allied Bank, SadaPay, Retail Cash, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per method are displayed on the deposit page and are subject to change. Deposits are generally credited instantly; processing times for bank transfers may vary.
7.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method that was previously used for a deposit into the same Account. ms999 processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval on business days. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically settle within minutes once processed. Bank transfer settlements may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
7.3 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per calendar month are set out on the ms999 withdrawal page. ms999 reserves the right to process large withdrawal amounts in instalments to ensure payment system stability.
7.4 Currency. All transactions on the ms999 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless a player elects to use USDT TRC20, in which case the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction applies.
7.5 Player Funds. ms999 holds Player Balances in designated accounts separate from operational funds. Your balance represents a debt owed by ms999 to you and is repayable on demand subject to these Terms.
7.6 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered dormant. ms999 may apply an administrative fee of Rs 200 per month to dormant accounts after providing 30 days' prior notice to the registered mobile number or email address.
Note on Payment Matching: All deposits and withdrawals must originate from and return to payment accounts registered in your own name, matching your ms999 Account name. Third-party payments are not accepted and will be returned, potentially subject to a processing deduction.
8.1 All bets placed on the ms999 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules for each sport and market as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between general betting rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.
8.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake has been deducted from your Player Balance. ms999 reserves the right to refuse or restrict any bet at its sole discretion, including bets that appear to exploit pricing errors.
8.3 Odds & Pricing. ms999 strives to provide competitive odds on all cricket markets including PSL, Pakistan international fixtures, and ICC tournaments. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. In the event of an obvious pricing error, ms999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
8.4 In-Play Betting. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. Delays in internet connectivity or data feeds are not grounds for voiding in-play bets once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring a stable connection before placing in-play wagers.
8.5 Match Abandonment & Interruption. Rules regarding settlement of bets on matches that are abandoned, interrupted, or rescheduled are outlined in the sport-specific betting rules page. As a general principle, if fewer than the minimum required overs are completed in a cricket match, bets may be declared void unless specific conditions outlined in the market rules apply.
8.6 Maximum Winnings. ms999 applies maximum winnings limits per bet, per day, and per event as published on the Platform. Winnings exceeding the applicable limit will be settled at the stated maximum.
9.1 All casino games available on the ms999 Platform — including slots, live baccarat, live roulette, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Callbreak, and all other titles — are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. Each game is governed by its own rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentage, and paytable, accessible within the game interface.

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from ms999.
12.3 The ms999 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of ms999. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
13.1 ms999's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the ms999 Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.
13.2 ms999 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and game suppliers as necessary to deliver the Platform's services, and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where legally required.
13.3 ms999 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve user experience, personalise content, and analyse Platform usage. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, though disabling certain cookies may affect Platform functionality.
14.1 Voluntary Closure. You may close your Account at any time by contacting ms999 customer support. Before closure, any remaining Player Balance (excluding bonus funds) will be paid out to a verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and KYC verification.
14.2 Termination by ms999. ms999 may suspend or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) a material breach of these Terms; (b) confirmed or suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity; (c) failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification; (d) receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute; (e) any other reason ms999 determines, in its sole discretion, warrants account closure.
14.3 Balances on Termination. Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms involving fraud or abuse, ms999 reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms the breach, the balance may be forfeited. Where closure is not breach-related, any verified Player Balance will be returned via the original deposit method within 10 business days.
15.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ms999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.
15.2 ms999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your Account at the time the claim arose.
15.3 ms999 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for configuring your own technology to access the Platform safely.
15.4 Gambling involves risk. ms999 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred as a result of betting or playing casino games on the Platform. You acknowledge that you gamble at your own risk.
16.1 ms999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. 17.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to ms999 customer support for informal resolution.
17.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of referral to customer support, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
17.3 Nothing in this clause prevents ms999 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
